Microbial influenced corrosion test qPCR

Quantitative polymerase reaction (qPCR) test for testing bacteria, archaea and functional genetic traits in line with AMPP TM0194 (former NACE TM0194), AMPP TM21465.

The test covers a range off different target assays to measure bacteria, sulphate reducing bacteria, total prokaryotes, fucntional target for corrosive Methanogenic Archaea (MicH).
